Conference Requests
Conference requests may be made via the Conference Request form available on the OCISS - Video Tech website or via the Web Scheduler.
Requests may be submitted for:
- Videoconference -- User initiated (Dial-in) multi-point conferences
- Audio Conference -- User initiated (Dial-in)
Definitions & Parameters
- Videoconference -- User initiated multi-point conference
- Three or more sites
- One time event or recurring conferences such as weekly, monthly or quarterly
- Videoconference -- User initiated point-to-point conference
- Two sites conferencing with each other
- Videoconference -- Operator assisted
- One time event or recurring conference with changing parameters
- Special accommodations required such as mixed conference participants (IP, phone, ISDN). This would include gateway connections.
- Audio Conference -- User facilitated
- Assignment of a phone number and audio conference code to the requester will be valid only to the date of the scheduled conference.
Making a System Conference Request
- Submit a Videoconference Request form available on the website (includes link to email completed form).
- Download and save the Request Form to your computer desktop
- Fill out and save again with name and date of your conference as part of the file name
- Send as an attachment to the lotus notes link on the form

- Use the instructions located on the Video Tech website to complete your reservation
- The Web Scheduler will send your request directly to the bridge after conference verification
