How to Make a Call

For more detailed instructions see:

  1. Connect network cable
  2. Power on unit
  3. Using the HDX Remote Control select Place a Call from the Home Screen or use the Directory button hdx-remote-directory-button on the Remote Control to see a list of sites.

  4. Input the VC call number of the conference you're joining (or the IP address of the site you're calling) into the VC Call Input box, using the number keys on the HDX remote control.

  5. Press the CALL button on the HDX remote control to connect the call.
  6. Keep your mic muted when you are not actively speaking.
    RED LIGHT on the mic IS ON WHEN MUTED.

    Press the button in the center of the microphone or the mute button on the HDX remote control to mute/unmute.
